About me

I am Yixing Lu, a senior undergraduate from University of Liverpool, expecting to get my B.S. degree in Computer Science in June, 2023. I am a UG research assistant in Applied Music Research Lab, advised by Eduardo Coutinho.

My academic goal is to equip AI/ML with affective cognition to understand human behavior through multimodal interactions. Ultimately, I hope to build Humanoid Neural Networks that guide models to learn from humans and provide insights into how humans perceive the world.

Research Interests
